Description of Selene

Abstract painting made by Selene's Art. The idea was to use a unique format for an abstract painting. Luckily I ordered this size online. Very satisfied with it!

How I made this project

First primed the MDF board with gesso. Sanded and then another layer of gesso. I used different textured materials to gain dimension. I then used several layers of transparent acrylic paints until I was happy with my color composition. I painted the sides of the MDF board black. Hanging system mounted on the back of the plate. Painting info written down (title, dimensions, signature). I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Thank you very much for the good sawing!
