Description of Steven
A handy solution to protect the heat pump from possible damage and weather influences. Choosing a waterproof multiplex board treated with an edge sealer and exterior paint ensures that this canopy will last for years.
How I made this project
1) order of custom-cut 18 mm Okoumé Waterproof plywood panels, white primed 2) order of stainless steel torx screws 4 x 40 mm and 3.5 x 25 mm 3) order of exterior paint in grey-black colour and edge sealer for plywood 4) order of stainless steel anti-climb strips 1 metre long and mats 5) screw the plywood panels together with a cordless drill 6) apply edge sealer to the plywood edges with a brush 7) apply two coats of exterior paint with a roller.
