Super fun playhouse (desk) for kids. Your own place to do crafts, read or play a game and it looks nice in the living room too!

Work description: how did you realize your project

The shelves were already up size inside. First we placed back panels on the floor and then marked with pencil where the other planks will go (see photo). We placed a small shelf of 20.0 cm wide above the worktop. We sawed this plank to size ourselves.

By marking it out you could see exactly where the wood glue should go and once the planks were in place you had to wait until the glue dried. We then secured the shelves to the back with screws (see photo) and gave the desktop extra support (see photo). It has become a very sturdy and stable house. Just a lick of paint and then our little girl can enjoy crafting.

Final size: What are the outside dimensions?

The house is 1 meter wide, 1.30 high (to the ridge ), and the worktop is at a height of 50.0 cm.
