The challenge: combating wood rot

Wood rot is a common problem with trailers, but don't worry, it can be fixed. Thijs saw the potential of his trailer and decided to completely renovate it. The old, wood-rotted floor panels were carefully removed.

The material: Concrete plywood Birch Anti-slip

For the new floor, Thijs chose 15 mm thick Betonplex Birch Antislip, an excellent choice for the demanding handyman. The strong and durable material is ideal for use in a trailer thanks to the anti-slip layer that provides extra grip.

Thijs's approach

With material cut to size by TOSIZE.fi, Thijs got to work. By doing the renovation himself, he had complete control over the dimensions and choice of materials. This gave him the freedom to make the trailer floor exactly as desired. Moreover, by doing it himself, Thijs kept his budget under control.
